Meet Richard, the other half of the Garden State Spinal Care leadership team. Richard is responsible for all non-medical aspects of the business including Marketing, Operations, Staffing, IT and Purchasing.

Richard is an experienced entrepreneur and leader with 20 years experience in multiple fields of competence. Originally born and raised in Australia, he immigrated to the USA in 2000 and began his college career at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, earning a B.A. in Information Technology and informatics.
Richard moved into corporate life in the pharmaceutical / personal care industry as a Systems / Network administrator and found homes at several key companies along the way (Reckitt, Verizon, ADP, Sparta Systems) before opening his first business in the aftermarket automotive industry - GTB Performance.
Richard brought the lessons learned and his entrepreneurial craft to BMW North America
After developing his entrepreneurial craft for 5 years at GTB, Richard brought the lessons learned and his entrepreneurial craft to BMW North America, where he has had stints in the Parts, Aftersales and Sales teams. His key accomplishments include project manager for the development of the new VIA Accessory facility in Spartanburg, South Carolina and managing production and new model setup for the US Market.
During his (limited) spare time, Richard can be found spending time with Dr Jen and their Daughter Olivia. An avid motorsports fan, he loves watching F1 racing on Sundays and cheering his Alma Matter on Saturdays. He loves the Beach and Snowboarding and the great outdoors, hiking and exploring the amazing beauty of the United States.
